Stuffed peppers with minced meat
Ingredients:

15 dried peppers
For the stuffing:
1 onion
2 sprigs celery
1 carrot
6 tbsp oil
50g rice by ARTE
1 tsp paprika
100g canned tomatoes – 1/3 cup by ARTE
250g minced meat
1 tsp dried savory
1 tsp salt

Method of preparation:

1. Soak the dried peppers in lukewarm water for about an hour.

2. Prepare the stuffing. Finely chop the vegetables and fry them for a minute in a large pan with hot oil.

3. Add the prewashed rice and continue frying for half a minute until it becomes “glassy”. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with paprika. Pour 150ml of hot water and boil on low heat until it is absorbed by the rice.

4. Stir in the chopped canned tomatoes and the minced meat. Mix well. Add the salt and sprinkle with savory.

5. Stuff the soaked peppers with the prepared stuffing. Arrange them in a greased tray.

6. Pour 4 tbsp oil over them, then 150ml of hot water. Place the dish in the middle of the preheated to 180℃ oven and bake for 40 min.
