Chicken Julienne

Ingredients for 4 portions:

2 pieces chicken fillet – 400 g
50 g bacon
1 jar Arte mushrooms
4 Arte pickles
50 g cheese for sprinkling
200 g sour cream – 1 small bucket
4 pieces processed cheese
60 ml white wine
4 tbsp oil
2 tsp soy sauce
ground black pepper to taste
salt

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into strips and sprinkle with soy sauce. Cut the mushrooms into slices, and the pickles – into strips.

2. Pour oil into a pan, fry the chicken for three to four minutes. Then add the mushrooms.

3. Cut the bacon into slices and add to the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. After 5-6 minutes, pour in the wine and add the processed cheeses. After a minute, put the lid on and simmer for 5 minutes on moderate heat.

4. Pour 100-150 ml of hot water into the sour cream.
5. Beat well and pour into the chicken.

6. Add the pickles.

7. Transfer to a hot plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
