Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

1 package (400 grams) of “ARTE” spaghetti
parmesan cheese for sprinkling

For the sauce:
400 g minced beef (mixture)
2 tins of Italian tomatoes (800 g) “ARTE”
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. white wine (200 ml.)
5 tbsp. olive oil
5-6 sprigs of fresh oregano (1 tsp. dried)
fresh thyme leaves (½ tsp. dried)
6 sprigs of fresh parsley (1 tsp. dried)
1 ts.p salt
½ tsp. sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the vegetables and fry them in the heated olive oil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2. Pour the white wine, add salt and sprinkle with sugar.
3. Wait until almost the entire liquid evaporates, then add the minced meat and crush it into crumbs.
4. Add the tomatoes, salt and sugar and cook for 25-30 minutes over low heat.
5. At the very end, sprinkle with the finely chopped spices. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Boil the spaghetti in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain them and mix with the prepared sauce.
7. Serve them with sprinkled grated parmesan cheese on top.
