This is the well-known to the Bulgarian consumer variety, “Dobrudjanka”. The shape is elliptical and the bean itself is white in color with thin skin. It is characterized by a short cooking time and excellent taste.
Soak the beans in cold water and let them swell overnight. Then drain them, pour some cold water into the pot with the beans and put them on the stove to boil.
