Risotto with Arte “Baldo” rice, mushrooms and parmesan

Products needed for 6 servings
  1. 1 cup of rice Arte “Baldo”
  2. 400 grams of mushrooms
  3. one whole onion
  4. 4 cloves of garlic
  5. 3 cups of meat broth
  6. 80 grams of parmesan
  7. black pepper
  8. salt
  9. 50 grams of butter

Recipe

Chop the onion and garlic in small pieces and heat them up in butter. Add the mushrooms and leave on the medium fire for a few minutes.

Add the Baldo rice or any of the other rice Arte has to offer and leave it for a bit. Add the wine (150 ml.) and let the rice take it in while on the heat for about 15 minutes. Add the broth consistently.

Stir the rice well. Before serving, add salt, black pepper and parmesan. You can also add a pinch of thyme.
